Our Mission
BestShower-Head.com exists to cut through the wall of identical-looking chrome heads on Amazon and tell you which ones actually feel good to shower under, and which ones fall apart in a year. Every shower head we recommend, we bought ourselves and installed in a real bathroom.
How We Test
We install each head in three different homes — strong city pressure, suburban, and well-water — and rate them on perceived pressure (with three blind testers), measured GPM, spray pattern, hard-water resistance after 8+ weeks, and ease of install.
How We Make Money
This site is supported by Amazon affiliate commissions. When you click a "Buy on Amazon" link and complete a purchase, we earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. That income funds the next round of testing.
We do not accept money from manufacturers in exchange for reviews, ranking placement, or favorable coverage. Sample units are disclosed in the relevant article and rankings are unaffected.
Editorial Independence
If a popular product disappoints us, we say so. If a no-name brand puts out something exceptional for the price, we add it. The point of an independent review site is to be the friend who tells you not to buy something.
